Red and Green Anjou pears, as well as Granny Smith and Gala apples are sliced, dipped in a calcium & vitamin C mixture to prevent premature browning and packaged in convenient re-sealable packages. The 100% natural dip prevents the oxidation of sliced fruit for up to two weeks for pears and three weeks for apples. The resulting fruit stays fresher longer, allowing you enjoy more fruit, more often.
