Shipping your order in a timely fashion is very high on our priority list and we strive to process orders withing 24 business hours of receipt. Expedited Shipping (Second Day and Overnight) is available on request at additional cost. To ensure Second Day or Next Day delivery your order must be placed before 11:00AM PST.

Special Shipping Information for Gift Fruit:
To ensure that your fruit arrives at your door in top quality condition we recommend that you select express delivery. For Pacific Northwest deliveries we suggest Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, or Ground. For US Domestic shipments we suggest Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select.

Shipping Sample Packs
Sample packs are shipped USPS rather than our usual UPS. The price charged for the product includes shipping. An indication on the order of "no shipping" indicates no addition shipping charges.

Important Information Regarding Shipping Gift Fruit

Fruit for our Gourmet Fruit Gifts are hand selected from the best of the season's crop, then carefully hand packed to your order's specifications.

Apples are shipped ripe and ready-to-eat. Pears are selected for optimum ripeness at time of delivery with allowances made for ripening during transit. This ripening process depends on environmental conditions, as well as the varieties of fruit you've selected, and cannot be determined precisely.

To ensure that the fruit arrives at you or your gift recipients' door in top quality condition we ship via UPS and suggest the following shipping methods.

When your fruit arrives, please determine the ripeness of the pears by using our included Ripening Guide. Some pear varieties may require up to several additional days to reach full ripeness.
